NSSA Registered Skeet — Friday–Sunday, October 9–11, 2026
LRSTC hosts the 71st running of the Mason Dixon Skeet Championship. Five events: Friday — 50 pair of Doubles; Saturday — 12 & 20 Gauge Championships; Sunday — 28 Gauge & .410 Bore Championships. Entry $55 per event (includes NSSA & MSSA fees, $8 returned to class). Options $10 each: Class Purse, Lewis Class, High-Overall (4-gun average). Classes AA, A, B, C, D, E; all NSSA concurrents free (honors only).
Event champions receive $100 prize money. Lunch available — burgers, hot dogs and the fixings, plus beverages. Shells and NSSA memberships available at the clubhouse/registration desk.

A three-week travelling 5-Stand league shared between three Maryland clubs. Each club hosts 2 rounds of 5-Stand, and each participant's combined score across all three shoots determines the league winners. Shooters of all skill levels are encouraged to participate — this is not an NSCA registered event.
League Schedule — all Saturdays
$50 per 50 targets, with $25 back to class — $10 to the weekly purse, $15 to the league purse. Paid on 3 Lewis classes at 50%/30%/20%. Participants are eligible for both weekly and league payouts.
Lewis Class scoring ranks all scores high to low and splits them into three equal groups, with the top shooter in each group winning — so shooters of different skill levels compete fairly for prizes.

NSSA Registered Skeet — Friday–Sunday, August 21–23, 2026
NSSA & MSSA sanctioned memorial skeet championship honoring Jim Bealmear, a lifelong LRSTC skeet shooter. Format: Doubles & 4 Guns (12, 20, 28, .410). Entry includes a Friday-evening cookout and a Saturday-evening full dinner for shooter & guest (additional guests $20 each).

LRSTC's shooting-family neighbors at Fairfax Rod & Gun Club are hosting the NSSA Zone II Championships. Five-gun championship (Doubles, 12, 20, 28, .410) with $1,000 added money from NSSA. Entry $55 per event. Complimentary lunch Saturday & Sunday. Limited on-site camping ($15/night).
Pre-registration required at iskeet.org. Cash or check at check-in (no credit cards). NSSA membership required.
