| ALL CLAYS TOURNAMENT JUNE 23RD | | NEW AND IMPROVED 5 STAND |
Sunday June 23rd , 10am – 1pm
LRSTC is presenting a clay shooting tournament like we never have before. On June 23rd the best and the rest are invited to participate in an “all aspects” clay shooting extravaganza. Each participant will shoot one round each of Wobble Trap, Regular Trap Singles, Skeet and 5-Stand. The scores from each will be combined for a total out of 100 targets. One champion will be decided with ties broken by 5 stand simo pairs. Cash prizes will then be given out based on a Lewis Class model.
Anyone may participate in this event so we hope to see you there. The cost is $25 to enter and lunch will be provided for all participants. Registration is required. Sign up in person at the center, by calling Vince at 410-252-3851 or sending an email to membership@lochravenskeettrap.com. Registration will close on Friday June 21st. | | Our 5 stand course has recently been renovated. There is now an "easier" beginner course for those that have wanted to try something new but are intimidated by the harder target presentations. Course number 1 on the list is now designated to be an entry level set of targets. Come out an give it a try. The 5 stand is open Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. A center member or staff member must be present during operation. |

| SAFETY FIRST! REGISTER NOW! | | Youth & Adult Skeet Shooting Courses -- Registration is now OPEN |
Starting January 1st, 2013, EVERYONE will be required to complete the LRSTC Shooter Registration before being allowed to shoot. The registration consists of a review of our safety rules, 3 short safety videos, and a quiz.
We recommend you do this at home but a computer will be available in the center to register. | | At Loch Raven Skeet and Trap Center one of our greatest pleasures is to introduce newcomers to the sport of skeet shooting. But many people who are new to the sport, or shooting in general, aren't comfortable just throwing themselves into it. That's why we have developed a skeet shooting course for adults (18 and over) as well as a Youth Camp tailored for children (10 to 17) and their parents. Each course provides instruction on gun safety, shooting etiquette, and proper technique for skeet shooting. So if you're new to shotgunning, or the sport of skeet shooting, and feel you'd benefit from instruction, and some hands-on experience, check out our education & instruction pages and electronically sign up for one of our popular courses!
